Summit Vista Apartment Homes are Going, Going…

August 12, 2016

The leadership team at Summit Vista believes passionately in providing opportunities for healthy and successful aging, so they’re building the area’s first true Life Plan Community.

Judging from the number of Summit Vista Club applications, more and more seniors want to be a part of the active retirement lifestyle that a Life Plan Community can offer. But with only 114 apartment homes in the first phase of the project and 50 percent of the apartment homes already reserved, time is not on your side.

Summit Vista Club members understand the need to reserve early to get the floor plan that works best for them, and secure their ideal location on campus. Summit Vista’s two dozen floor plans will offer something for everyone, but if you want to be in one of those first homes, now is the time to become a Summit Vista Club member.

What makes Summit Vista so attractive?

The services and amenities are incomparable. Active seniors like the concept of the 62,000-square foot clubhouse that will house a large heated pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, restaurants, woodworking shop, arts studio, library and so much more. Add to the list the nature-infused walking paths and climate-controlled walkways that will connect all of the buildings on campus, and you have a 105-acre resort-style community.

Viewed as “a residence for life,” Summit Vista will also have a full continuum of on-campus healthcare services should you ever need them.

Finally, with timesaving services like home cleaning, and maintenance of home and common areas, chores remain a thing of the past—and that means more time to pursue your passions and enjoy the many activities that Salt Lake has to offer.

Time waits for no one

With only a few months before ground breaking, Summit Vista apartment homes are being reserved quickly. Summit Vista is expected to sell out completely well before the grand opening, so if you’re interested in exploring what life can be like at Summit Vista, call us now –(801) 895-2545.
