This one-time entrance deposit secures your Summit Vista apartment home for as long as you live here. Depending on the size of the floor plan you choose, this deposit ranges from approximately $250,000 to $500,000.
And if you should decide to move, or when you pass away, 90% of this entrance deposit will be refunded to you or your estate.

This finance option allows you to lease your apartment home for 12 months at a time for a set fee, which ranges from $3,800 to $5,600 per month, depending on the size of the home and the number of occupants. At the end of your lease, you will have the option to renew your rental. If at any point during your lease you’d like to become a permanent Summit Vista resident, you can convert to the Refundable Entrance Deposit model.

Summit Vista understands the importance of protecting our residents’ entrance deposits and guaranteeing a 90% refund. For that reason, we’ve collaborated with Utah lawmakers to pass new legislation to define and govern life plan community.
Rather than juggle a stack of monthly bills and expenses, Summit Vista residents pay a single monthly bill that covers almost all living expenses (utilities, property taxes, insurance, cable TV, phone, internet, and a generous dining credit). This bill ranges from $2,100 to $5,000/month, depending on the size of the home and number of occupants.
