The Right to Choose – By becoming a Summit Vista Club member, you will join a select group of people who gain preferred status to choose stunning apartment homes overlooking the Wasatch mountains. Spacious apartment homes will range from one-bedroom and one bath, to two-bedroom and two baths with den, patio and balconies. Sunrooms and bay windows will also be available in some floor plans. You’ll have the right to choose the best available apartment home or cottage – taking into consideration the location, view, floor plan, floor level, and personal convenience.
The Opportunity to Learn More – Summit Vista Club Members receive advance notice of important community updates and announcements not available to the general public. Once construction begins, you’ll be “in the know” of progress through regular updates. You’ll also get all of the details, customization choices, amenities, and pricing before the general public.
