You have two options when you join our priority list. The “standby” options lets you reserve a specific apartment or floor plan and move when the apartment becomes available. The “future” option means that you intend to move to Summit Vista at a later date. You can decide to move from one option to the other at any time without incurring a fee.

What happens to my priority deposit?

The $1,000 deposit will be held in an escrow account. Once your preferred type of apartment becomes available and you are at the top of the list based on your priority date, a sales counselor will call you. The $1,000 priority deposit will be applied to your entrance deposit as soon as you reserve an apartment at Summit Vista.
