New Staff Spotlight: Tineka Hardwrick

We’re excited to welcome Tineka as the Director of Human Resources at Summit Vista. As an accomplished HR professional with more than 19 years of experience, Tineka is already making a difference with our staff. Prior to joining Summit Vista, she was an HR executive in healthcare.

Tineka is responsible for implementing human resource management strategies that enable Summit Vista to recruit, train, and retain a high-performing and motivated workforce. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Mortuary Science from Wayne State University and her master’s degree in Organizational Management with a concentration in HR Management from the University of Phoenix.

Originally from Detroit, Tineka currently lives in Hooper with her husband Shaun, daughter Kyah, and their two fur babies Koda and Chewy. She enjoys reading, spending time with her family, traveling, and her one vice: reality TV. Welcome, Tineka!
